A support coordinator is a professional who helps individuals with disabilities or complex needs to navigate and access the services and supports they require.
Our Support coordinator works with clients to identify and access the appropriate services, such as housing, employment, healthcare, transportation, and social services.
Our Support coordinator can also help to develop a plan of care to ensure that the individual's needs are being met, and that they are receiving the highest quality of care possible.

Assist Disability Support offers Behaviour Support for your specific care needs. With experience a wide range of disabilities, such as Intellectual Disability, Anxiety, Depression, and schizophrenia.
Our behaviour support practitioners are registered with the NDIS and have extensive knowledge of Restrictive Practices so that we can help support you through the process.
Behaviour support at it's core is supporting the netword around an individual using a person-centred approach to deliver goals of the individual and stakeholders.
A counsellour is a trained, objective professional with whom you can build a healing and trusting relationship. They are trained to offer different types of assistance; most frequently talk-based styles of therapy.
Counsellours offer guidance to individuals, couples, families and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. Many counselors approach their work holistically, using a “wellness” model (as opposed to an “illness” model) which highlights and encourages client’s strengths.

We will charge the current price for each support item according to the current NDIS Price Guide at the time of your Service Agreement. This may include provider travel, cancellations, establishment fees and reports where applicable.
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) update their Price Guide on 1 July each year (and occasionally during the year). When the NDIS Price guide changes, your schedule of support with be updated with the new price and we will notify you in writing when this occurs.
